Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Sign Base (the “Service”), provided by Webase Brandings. By using the Service you agree to them on behalf of your organization.

1. The Service

Sign Base is a digital signage platform: a web dashboard to manage media, playlists, schedules and screens, and an Android TV app that plays your content on paired screens. Features may change as we improve the Service.

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for the people you invite and the roles you give them, and for keeping sign-in details confidential.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Your content

• You keep all rights to the images, videos and music you upload. You give us permission to store, process and deliver them to your screens to provide the Service.
• You must have the rights and licences needed for everything you upload and display — including public-performance licences for any music played in your premises.
• You must not upload unlawful, infringing or harmful content, or content that violates others’ rights.

4. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access other organizations’ data, disrupt the Service, reverse-engineer it beyond what law allows, or use it to distribute malware or spam.

5. Plans and payment

• Subscriptions are annual and priced by the number of screens, as confirmed in your order. Add-ons are charged separately.
• Prices shown on the website are subject to confirmation in your order. Taxes apply as required by law.
• Cancellations and refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Availability and support

We work to keep the Service available and screens are designed to keep playing cached content during outages, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance and events outside our control may affect the Service.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend access for non-payment, security risks or breach of these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. After a subscription ends, your account data is kept for to be confirmed and then deleted.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the to be confirmed.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to account administrators before they take effect.
