Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Annual subscriptions

Sign Base plans are billed yearly in advance for the number of screens in your plan, plus any add-ons you choose.

2. Cancellation

• You can cancel at any time by contacting us. Cancellation stops the next renewal.
• Your account stays active until the end of the paid year; screens keep playing until then.

3. Refunds

• First-time subscriptions can be refunded in full if cancelled within to be confirmed of payment.
• After that period, fees for the current year are not refunded, except where required by law.
• Fees for additional screens or add-ons added during the year follow the same rule from the date they were added.

4. How to request

Use our contact form with your organization name and the reason for cancellation. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method.

5. Free trials

Trials are free of charge; nothing is billed unless you choose a plan.
