This policy explains how Webase Brandings (“we”, “us”) handles personal data when you visit this website, send us an enquiry, or use the Sign Base service.

1. Data we collect

Website enquiries. When you use the contact form we collect the details you enter: name, email, and optionally phone, business name, city, number of screens, plan of interest and your message. We also record the IP address and browser type of the request to prevent abuse.

Sign Base accounts. For people who use the Sign Base dashboard: name, email address, role, sign-in times and a securely hashed password (we never store passwords in readable form).

Your content. Images, videos and music your organization uploads, and the playlists, schedules and settings you create.

Screens. For each paired TV: device model, Android and app versions, screen size, storage figures, IP address, online status and the record of what it played (proof of play).

Security logs. An audit log of sign-ins and changes, including IP address and browser type.

2. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The Sign Base dashboard uses one strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in securely.

3. How we use data

• To respond to your enquiry and set up trials, demos and accounts.
• To provide the Sign Base service: storing your content, delivering it to your screens and showing you reports.
• To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and investigate problems.
• To meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data.

4. Sharing

Data is processed on servers provided by our hosting provider. We share data with other parties only when required by law or with your instruction.

5. Retention

• Screen heartbeats: 14 days. Sync history: 90 days. Proof-of-play logs: about 13 months, for reporting.
• Deleted media files are permanently removed after 7 days.
• Website enquiries: for as long as needed to respond and follow up.
• Account data after a subscription ends: to be confirmed.

6. Security

We protect data with encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, role-based access, separation between customer organizations and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and fix issues promptly.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 where it applies, you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent for us to contact you.Send your request through our contact form.
